Bridge Street Dental Centre - COVID-19 Reopening - What to expect at your next appointment

Infection control has always been a top priority in our practice. We follow recommendations and guidelines made by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), the CDHO, IPAC, and our newly developed BSDC COVID-19 Workplace Safety Manual. In order to welcome you back into our practice with confidence that we have taken appropriate measures to ensure your health and well-being, we have thoroughly invested our time and resources to complement our policies and practices in training our staff to effectively facilitate your next visit.

What to expect at your next appointment:
● All prior appointments are to be rescheduled. If you have an existing appointment, expect a call to reschedule
● We will be screening prior to your appointment. Your temperature will be taken to confirm no fever with a contactless thermometer upon your arrival 5 minutes prior to your appointment time
● All patients will enter the facility unaccompanied (except for a young child, or for patients requiring accommodation)
● You will be required to wear a mask throughout your visit, and practice physical distancing within the facility
● Hand hygiene will be required prior to entering and exiting the facility
● You will be given a mouth rinse prior to your examination
● We will be prioritizing early morning appointments for the elderly
