Somebody please guide me..i got bio tech in nsut.. and my iiit delhi rank is 19573 and it is in merit list as well...what does that mean...will i get a chance to get admission there?? Or go for spot round to take admission in iiit delhi????

Bhaiya mujhe 2nd round me Dseu TE allot hua tha pr mene usko aise hi chorh diya mujhe nahi pata tha 95k bharne padte hai! Ab 3rd round me "not eligible for counseling" dikha raha hai! Ab me kya karu?
