Congress needs to go back to voting for one bill at a time.  Then they could not hide all of the loopholes and benefits to the elite, etc.  This nonsense of 1000 page legislation, which no one out of committee has time to read thoroughly, would be stopped!  Who has allowed these maneuvers in the first place?

Over 50% of LA county is out of work. That isn’t an emergency?

No hope, only conviction. Call your senators and representatives everyday and scream at them.

Some quick points:

1. AOC didn't, to my knowledge, say she voted "no" against the first bill; she just said she didn't support it. Those two statements don't mean the same thing.

2. Regardless, we have no evidence that she voted "no." To be fair, we don't have direct evidence that she voted "yes" either, but it's awfully suspicious that she wouldn't just outright say she voted "no" if she actually did vote that way. It's even more suspicious that she apparently didn't join Thomas Massie in demanding a recorded vote.

3. Again, to be fair, *yes, * using her platform to speak out about the continuing lack of any kind of helpful response by Congress is a *part* of what she needs to be doing, so I'll give her credit for that part. However, let's not forget that actual votes are what matter the most, and speeches by themselves are little more than grandstanding hot air.

Krystal, I usually like your takes, but you're going way too far here in how much credit you want to give AOC. It's hard, and I know we all want to believe in someone, but you need to re-evaluate this time.

One of the biggest problems with America is Healthcare is an industry, not a public service.
When you get past that is when you can sort out healthcare.

Congress should be in session.
This pandemic is a crises, the largest not only the country but, the world has faced.
For congress not to be working is diabolical, even if it's distance working, they've all got computers, or laptops, they can all video/conference call.

Listen to the voice vote. "Only two people voted against that bill, Thomas Massie and Lou Rawls, " -Jimmy Dore

Krystal, she didn't vote no on the first stimulus bill. She said she didn't support it but she still voted yes. Watch Jimmy Dore's video. If she actually voted no she would have backed Massie in calling for a recorded vote instead of a voice vote but she didn't. We have to call out both sides when they lie to us.

The voice recording Nay had zero female voice. She has never said she voted no.

She said she couldn't support the last bill yet voted for it and blocked a motion to record the bill. She'll vote for it.
