I drove on that outer roadway on the south side of the bridge by accident a few years ago. It was scary. I would never do it again. Give it over to pedestrian. It will be no lost drivers. Hardly anyone uses it because it is just as you said.

Hi Ak, regarding notifications I've noticed with a lot of the channels I'm subscribed to the notifications are becoming really unreliable and can be hours after or sometimes up to a day after the video has been published.
