The parliament of Kenya (if it wasn't corrupt) has the power to dismiss the president through a motion of censure OR No-confidence if he himself and his government has failed eg corruption or funds scams etc.
The president and his government must account to both the Senate and parliament.
In case of proved corruption and funds scandal, assets both nationally and internationally should be frozen, sold in order to recover the civil damages and the money refunded to the state of Kenya.
