Absolute classic of a grand final. Really sucks that either team had to lose a game like that, but given that someone had to, of course it's only right that it was Collingwood ;) So many clutch moments down the stretch by the Eagles. Awesome.

what I actually like is the humility shown from so many supporters commenting from both teams on a lot of different social media outlets... as hard as it would've been to be a pies supporter and for west coast to have 3 of there best players out be 5 goals down in the first quarter with 70, 000 spectators against you, playing 5, 000 kms from your home town and win the match in the way they did you cant possibly not give the eagles the biggest amount of respect possible... and a lot if the comments show this... both teams really deserved the win, but what the eagles had to over come is nothing short of hard work, self belief and to never give up ..

one of the greatest feelings of my life was the moment I knew the Eagles were going to win the grand final. I thought they were still a chance of losing with 10 seconds left in the game but the very moment I saw the ball come back the eagles way I knew. All the anxiety and nerves I had felt suddenly disappeared and it was nothing but joy and relief. I'm not even a Eagles fan I just really hate Collingwood
