What would make you happier? For Mental Health Awareness Week, we wanted to investigate the missing link between those who are 'thriving' and those who are 'surviving'. From our visitor survey we found that one thing most people want to improve about themselves is to be kinder to themselves.

Self-care is so important to our well-being and we encourage everyone watching to take time for yourself and show yourself kindness and love.
