Swimmer: I didn't!
Swimmer: *Pause* Oh yeah I don't think that's bad at all!

But your Asian parents said "Do better next time"

There's nothing wrong when saying "oh that's not bad at all" it's like you didn't expect because all you do is striving hard from your training, no pain no gain thingy, all you think is you give your very best in every competition that you are in. Just like us too, we act the same. 😊
