I just watched you on PB with J yesterday and this video popped up on my feed today. I just subscribed. I have several new recipes of yours to try. They all look so beautiful and delicious, can't wait. Great job on your video. Looking forward to watching more and visiting your blog. Please, please, please come up with a Red Velvet Cake. That was our family's favorite cake at Christmas. A couple of members of my family and I also have become highly sensitive to gluten and we can no longer have our beloved Red Velvet Cake. I too found you after your wonderfully interview on PBwithJ. It really grabbed my attention.
Since you asked what I fancy or have been challenged as a vegan to make ... a wonderfully, rich, creamy, coconut flavored curry sauce. Love the taste of coconut in anything but have to avoid it due to the saturated fat content and my elevated LDL. Alas coconut custard pie has been a thing of the past for many, many years.
