Geri Horner and Christian take the tube to watch racing

No perks of the job? Geri Horner and Formula One husband Christian hop on the London underground as they head out for a day at the racecourse.
They welcomed their first child into the world a the beginning of the year. 

And Geri Horner and husband Christian Horner enjoyed a rare day out as they headed to the Red Bull racing in London's Trafalgar Square on Tuesday.

The former Spice Girl, 44, and her 43-year-old husband of two years, opted for the tube- despite Christian being the Team Principal of the Red Bull Racing Formula One team.

Dressed in jeans, a leather jacket and black polo-neck, Geri cut a low profile as she posed coyly for the selfie. 

Meanwhile Christian looked dapper in a leather jacket and shirt, as he smiled at the camera. 

'On the way to @f1live in Trafalgar Square', Geri captioned the sweet snap.

Geri welcomed her son Montague George Hector Horner in January.

The couple have been dating since 2014, and went on to marry at St Mary's Church in Bedfordshire in May the following year.

In October, Geri - who has 10-year-old daughter Bluebell from a past relationship - announced she and Christian were expecting their first child together, at the ages of 43.

Geri borrowed a line from her single It's Raining Men to inform her fans of the happy news, writing on Instagram: 'God bless Mother Nature #mamaspice (sic),' sharing a sketch of a heavily pregnant woman alongside the caption. 

The pair welcomed their sweet son Montague George Hector Horner in January, confirming the arrival of the 'beautiful little brother for Bluebell and Olivia' on social media.

Gushing of her new arrival on This Morning, the singer said in March: 'I feel incredibly grateful, I’m in my 40s and my personal life getting here was not straight forward.

'I had some dodgy boyfriends and then suddenly life has blessed me with a wonderful husband and I already had a beautiful daughter, to then have another child... I’m so grateful.
