The Davy Crockett is so small, moving around for zones is redundant. It barely holds 2 St. Louis style ribs. I don't want a hot spot, but there is going to be a burnt spot if I don't constantly rotate the racks. A great pain in the ass. A bigger grill you could work with it. I wonder if you could cover a hole in that fire house near a hot spot to redirect heat?
