The Catholic Vote: Catholic Americans Make Up 22% of the Nation's Population | Election Day Special

While the Catholic Church takes a very clear stance on a variety of political issues, the opinions of Catholics casting ballots vary widely. According to the Public Religion Research Institute survey from 2023, Catholic Americans, whether they practice the faith or not, make up about 22% of the nation's population. And that's enough to catch the eye of the candidates. Catholicism was highlighted during several moments this election season, demonstrating the importance of the Catholic voice to both campaigns.

Since Sunday, we Catholics prayed the Prayer "Consecration of the Election to the Blessed Virgin Mary." Tuesday, I attended Holy Mass and then I went to the Adoration Chapel. By 4:00 pm, I attended another Church that they were doing the prayers of the Rosary every hour and the Prayer Consecration. Then I went to the Vigil, at Church ⛪️ with Father Matt, I was there from 7:00 pm until midnight praying. Every hour, the Priest did the prayers and Litany of Virgin Mary, and the Prayer for Consecration, and he chanted Salve Regina, we chanted with him.🙏🏻🇺🇸⛪️
Catholics al over the USA 🇺🇸 praying for our Nation. A Country under God. God heard our prayers. Glory to God. 🇺🇸⛪️🙏🏻❤️

As a prolife catholic mexican, I feel thankful with Trump's win.
He may not be perfect (non of us are), yet I believe he's perfect for the times we're living in the world.
Maybe it's me, but something good feels in the air, even here in México... It's some kind of hope, relief, joy, humility, peace, a mix of all these.
Please continue to pray for Mr.Trump and his family, as I'm certain that this won't be easy, but with God, everything is possible.

Protects life
Avoids war until absolutely necessary
Wants to protect our citizens and those who follow the laws in place to become citizens
Defends against tyranny allowing every individual to make decisions that better themselves and the community around them.
