A great adult video game is where you LEARN something from it after playing it and that's very hard to achieve in an era of social media cringe but GTA IV Achieve that and so much more 🤟 10/10 amazing game.

To me, that line isn't about justifying all the killings in the game. But it's the core message of the story and it's about forgiveness and moving on from the past. If only Niko forgive and let go of his past hate, everything wouldn't have gone from bad to worse and it's also applicable to every other characters that's always goes for revenge. It's a fairly similar phrase to "I have no enemies"
