Tip front load chores before something you enjoy. I e I love coffee so I have taught myself to do chores ie make bed, clean bathroom empty dishwasher before coffee, now if anybody can get me to motivate after coffee please let me know

I have to have a fan in my room. when I don’t I have a hard time sleeping
Later found out it’s great for our brains to sleep w a tan. something about the perfect sound for sleeping lol

rubberbands are god send, easily replaceable, and somehow there are always rubber bands somewhere in the corners. love fidgeting rubberbands and make shapes with them for an unbelievably long time for absolutely no reason at all

As one friend put it, "I'd have a heart attack if you dressed up" - dressing up always makes me uncomfortable. As a male - wallet and house key go in one front pocket while car keys, pocket knife and a bit of change go in the other front pocket. LOL today I reached for my pocket knife - it wasn't there 😱ten minutes later I found it in the 'wrong' pocket 😜, thankfully I don't do that very often.

Weighted blanket is amazing, I can have it on my side of the bed while in the summer the wife can just have the bedsheet or less on her side.

There is still some who love to think they are 'superior' to others and like giving others 'labels' in order to promote themselves as being 'better' than them. We are all born as 'unique' individuals and if there are things that can help us in life, it isn't a crime to use these. May we have empathy for everyone we meet and treat everyone with the respect that they truly deserve no matter who they are or what their background is. Unfortunately there are even employers who still like to serotype 'individuals' and 'look down their noses' at people who do not 'fit' their agenda. We need a fair and open society that truly respects everyone.
