LACHHA PARATHA RECIPE ❤️

Ingredients:
* 2 cups Atta/Whole Wheat Flour
* 1/2 tsp Salt
* 1/2 tsp Ajwain/Carom Seeds
* Water
* Ghee

Recipe:

1. Add atta, salt, ajwain and water to a mixing bowl. Knead and form a dough. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 10 mins.

2. Take small parts of the dough, roll them out, add ghee, sprinkle some atta and start folding them as shown in the video.

3. Finally, roll it into a circle and flatten it out.

4. Cook it properly from both the sides on a tawa using oil or ghee.

5. Serve with your favourite dish and enjoy!
