Very interesting, but not enough time to read subtitles.

0:24 -- The pic about the horses, donkeys and mules that died during WWI broke my heart!

Those Hong Kong apartments look soooo cozy (NOT!).

Love that picture of Hitchcock dressed like Ringo Starr on the drums, complete with a Beatle wig. 😂❤

People back then were so much kinder then now. I’m ashamed of us in 2024.

Martin Luther's "I have a Dream, " has turned into, "I wish this nightmare was over."

1:05 Elvis during his time in the Army. How many modern entertainers can claim THAT? Snoop Dog? Diddy? Eminem? LOL

First photo: I've seen that pose many times and always wondered why people who only knew radio always seemed to be staring at the radio as they listened. The only eason I can think of is they were actually seeing the "program" in their heads like a personal movie, especially the old stories like "Gang Busters, " "Boston Blackie, " "Gunsmoke, " and comedies like Jack Bennie and Fibber McGee and Molly. There were dozens of them in the "Golden Age of Radio."

It is nice to see kids that age reading back in 47 probably 98% of them know how to read back then. Now it's 98% DON'T know how to read !

Casey Drabble is the woman in the photo of the female pilot, not Shirley Slade. It was actually taken in 2016 and is a fake history photo.

You think the ice cream machines worked in the 70's at McDonald's?

Interesting to see that the McDonald's menu from the 70s lists Coca Cola.
But whenever you tried to order Coca Cola at a McDonald's (in the UK) in the 70s you got the automatic response "that's McDonald's cola".

Great photos, but how would you know that I have "never seen" any of them. actually, I have seen some of them. I have seen Churchill as Ringo Starr; Elvis and his parents, MLK speaking and Hitler in the Reichstag, however, I have never seen zebras pulling a carriage! Thank you.

1 pic I'd use the word powerful for, WW1 horses and donkeys, the rest not so much
