When you're working with cpc or cost per click, there is a cost per click formula that can tell you how much you should spend (maximum) per click. While it's not the only factor you should consider, it's a great starting point to help you if you don't have any pay per click experience (or statistics) in your particular market.

Does the conversion rate in the formula refer to the website conversion rate in general or the average ppc ad conversion rate of the previous Google ad campaigns?
