Mi Robot Vacuum Mop 2 Lite - How to install water tank & mop pad

I'm installing it exactly like this, but the water is not coming. I hear the sound of the pump working, but the mop leaves completely dry during the whole working cycle. The vacuum is brand new, what could be the reason? Thanks
