The treadmill comment was definitely for me. I was literally walking on the treadmill while listening to this but, for the last few weeks, my body has been showing signs of needing extra rest. However, because I have been maintaining a workout routine for a little over 200 days, I've been reluctant to take a beak. I didn't get off of the treadmill today even though the message resonated with me, and later I had the worst hip pain. Took quite a while of stretching to feel better. Lesson learned...

For me it was Tuesday 8-6. Not sure what happened to me but I was fine on Monday and when I woke up Tuesday I felt exhausted like I have never felt before. I went to work thinking I could shake it off and it didn't work out. Left work after 2 hours and went home and stayed in bed most of time until late the next morning. I don't remember ever feeling that exhausted 😢
