I also recommend specter.
Its a game where u have some devices and whit them u got to go to a housebor smt and find out what ghost there is and theres like if the temperature is cold like -5 or smt then u gotta note it in your book until u have 3 notes to be sure what ghost there is.
There is also a book abt all ghost so thats why the notes help.

The ghosr also may atack and i sometimes shit my pants when playing alone
