Is it possible in Inventor CAM to have virtual machine simulation ?

if i want to download the invtor cam from the website ist redirects me to invetor nastran. but i only want to programm a 3 axis cnc with cam and not analise the tensile stress of my part.
Am i doing something wrong??

I cannot see a cam tab and ive installed HSMWorks 4 times now. Both are 2020
