also a heads up because i didn't see anyone mention it – the 'gochujang' he added isn't actual gochujang, it's like a sauce version. actual gochujang is like a thick paste with a much richer flavour. i heard someone once compare the sauce and the paste like ketchup vs tomato paste haha. just in case anyone was interested!

This is amazing but for anyone who wants to replicate it : what he put in is not gochujang, but a ready made sauce that has gochujang as the main ingredient. So if you using pure gochujang, you will need to add water and sugar. And also NOT ADD SALT. As gochujang paste is very salty.

Here's the recipe so yall don't have to go to his site (he should have done it this way):
Ingredients
Pasta of your choice (2 servings)

1/2 cup cream (10% cream)

2 tbsp gochujang pasta

1/4 cup pasta water

4 cloves garlic

1/2 cup chopped green onions

salt to taste (~1-2 tsp)

1 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup grated parmesan

Directions
Start by cooking the pasta according to the package. Make sure to salt the water once it start boiling before adding in the pasta. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente.
As that cooks, chop up 4 cloves of garlic and 1/2 a cup of green onions (add as much as you desire tbh).
In a pan heat up 1 tbsp of oil and add in the garlic and green onions, let that cook for a couple minutes until fragrant.
Add in the gochujang paste, cream, salt, pepper and parmesan.
On medium heat let the sauce thicken up, should take around 2-3 minutes.
Add in the cooked pasta, with 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
Mix it up and on medium heat let the sauce coat the noodles until its creamy.
Now its time to ENJOY!

Thanks for sharing this easy recipe. I'm watching my fat intake and in a calorie deficit at the moment. If i make this, i will water-saute instead of frying and use lended silken tofuinstead of cream to reduce fat cals and get protein at the same time!

Tried and turned out superb. Some additions i made is add soy sauce along with the paste and add some pasta water then add cheese and let it simmer
