I am from WB, here our CM gives Lakshmi Bhandar scheme which gives 1000 to sc/st people and 500 to rest women,
even I know a few people who have gold, and silver ornament businesses and running successfully, have crores in their accounts still their wives apply for Lakshmi Bhandar and get 500 monthly, and their daughters get 30, 000 yearly from Kanyashree Scheme for buying educational items, but what did they buy from that, Realme, Samsung, Apple... There are lakhs of such cases and hundreds of crores are wasted like that.
