Hi, may i know how to switch off the device. According to specification, turn the device off by pressing the ON/OFF SWITCH and all indicator lights will be turned off. But after i finished my treatment, i press the ON/OFF SWITCH once, the device turn to Standby indicator light and then i press the ON/OFF SWITCH again, the device turn to Ready/Treatment indicator light. the indicator lights are always there. Therefore, may in know how do you switch off the device. thanks a lot. ^^

I bought the device some time ago and never used it. I had a recent series of break outs over the last month and I have been trying everything to break up the heads and cists. My face is very irritated and red and full of scars and active zones, etc. Should I just apply the device right on a pimple area and cists?

Hi I am not sure if you answeredvthis. I purchased the silk n microdermabrasion, but Im not sure if the blue is better for pimples and dead skin black head or is it about the same?. I have 2 weeks to decide to keep ir return it. Any help would be great

will it remove hair as well? or just the acne. if it does not do hair too, is there something like this to remove hair?

Do you know if there is an age range this works on? I have a 12 year old daughter that has really bad acne on her forehead.
