El Bailador is truly a chad. He is just trying to make everyone happy by making them rage. But in the end, he is pure of heart.

He's such a meme boss, just being a one off character with no significance, simply to have an action beat at the end of the mines. The DDR mechanics of his fight are really clunky and weird and it was needlessly hard. Has no presence in the story at all afterwards and fully doesn't matter.

But for some reason, out of everyone you kill in the genocide route, this guy made me feel the worst. At least the other characters understand they're in a confrontation, even if it is a hopeless situation. But this guy was truly just a stranger who wanted to brighten your day and have fun dancing. Even when you attack him, he literally doesn't notice you're fighting him until he dies. He doesn't even recognize it as a fight until it's too late, then apologizes because he assumes he must have inconvenienced you somehow, but still doesn't understand how or why.

The other characters fight you reluctantly, but this dude literally just thought you were playing a game until you kill him, at which point he has a split second to realize he's going to die, but doesn't understand why, since he was basically just a mascot who wanted to cheer up a wandering child.

This fight felt like being kidnapped and being forced to dance with gunshots at my feet but in a way where I look back on it fondly

I absolutely love sidecharacter who don't mention for the main story but have strong charisma and cool vibes. This guys theme, he's whole appearance and figh are very colorite and really fits to western theme. Undertale yellow is a masterpiece

I also said this on the reveal video of this guy, but i need to emphasise that his sudden appearance is a lot funnier if youre bad at the game. He shows up out of nowhere and starts kicking your ass.

For those who are struggling with this battle:

Just press Z and the respective arrow button at the same time, that makes easier to just hit the notes. For the middle notes, use the down arrow.
