I did this and you cannot delete your account. On top of that I was not seeing any metrics on ad mob, As soon as I changed the URL where you add the code and re-directed to my site I started to see metrics on money. This is optional not mandatory, so I did not have a good experience using this site. We should all question sites that will not allow you to delete an account.

beware....i tried this and google admob disabled my account for invalid traffic. i guess they did not like the re-direction that was being performed. no wonder it is free.
