A much more basic question about the product, it actually transmits in real 4K and what is the frequency 60Hz or only 30Hz?

I’m using this for my iPhone and it works great with web browsing, but whenever I try to stream videos on my Hulu or Spotify app, it’ll either play the audio only or just freeze entirely. Any idea what’s causing that?

I have one made by Diamond and it worked fine. I didn't use it much but all of a sudden it stopped working. I don't know if it's the adapter or something on my laptop that is preventing it from casting.
