AFO literally said that Bakugo was weaker than Endeavour. While Dabi>Endeavour=>Shoto. It just straightly implies that Dabi is stronger that Bakugo, his endurance is too much to Bakugo. Fire can actually OVERPOWER Bakugo's blasts. People forget that explosions and fire are really close to eachother in terms oh physics. And the fact that Dabi's ONLY fire was overpowering Todo's hybrid of ice and fire is already enough for him to scale above Bakugo. Bros dont realize that Dabi has chances to be top 6-7 in the verse, only behind Deku, Shigaraki, prime AFO, prime All Might and S&S.

Dabi wins mid diff imo and here’s proof why:
Strength - Dabi (has strength comparable if not superior to endeavor)
Speed - bakugo
Durability - Dabi (pretty obvious why)
IQ - Dabi
BIQ - Dabi
Skill - Dabi (managed to copy and replicate moves after only seeing it a few times and also had training from the No.2 hero)
Power - Dabi
Agility - Bakugo
Abilities - Dabi (those who have read the manga know Dabi has ice powers aswell has fire powers)

Potential - tie (both have pretty equal potential with it being revealed Dabi had ice and fire powers like both his parents if it only had activated quicker and Bakugo still being young)

Bakugo caused only minor burns to the Young AFO with his strongest explosions. While Endeavour was able to completely burn out the Injured AFO, who is still stronger than the Young AFO. Or that Endeavour can deal more damage to Advanced Nomes than Star Missiles, an explosion that scales to a Multi-Continental level. And the Advanced Nomu scales higher than the Highest Nomu from Season 1, which was at least equal in durability to the Injured Almighty.
And yes, Dabi => Endeavour in attack power.
