I agree with that well made guide, but I think Agha is a situational item, when you are playing with heroes like Enigma or Void.

What about that one item (it's name eludes me at the moment) that reduces enemy magic resis in an area? I typically build that on Jakiro for more damage and it works well with the AoE.
