if somebody would just put a torsion rod on, instead of a Spiral spring, you could have a very low profile Tremolo without problems closing the HSC lid. Seems obvious it also would be double action instead of single.😊

I have a Bigsby vibrato unit like yours. All strung, the Bigsby handle shouldn't be sitting a high as yours. Suggest contacting Bigsby.

This not how this bridge set was first used, the bridge post was screwed right into the body which gave its tone, this set up doesn’t make the tone much differant

TRY USING A LITTLE TEFLON TAPE AROUND THE SCREWS BETTER FIT, NO RATTLING, STILL ALLOWS VIBRATION TO TRAVEL THRU.
