Thank you for your video.... I never knew where the "reset" button was until I watched this video. In fact, I didn't even know these Studio Buds even had a reset button.... I was wondering why my buds weren't pairing and that was because I didn't have the Bests App to start with. Youre a legend.

Not working for me. My android won't even recognize the buds to begin with, let alone let me pair or customize. The app download request never even pops up.
