Pressure canning bacon🥓pints 75 minutes quarts 90 minutes. Precooked your bacon, leaving it flexible. Fold and wrap bacon in parchment paper, roll and place into mason jars, leave 1 or half inch head space. fold top and bottom over bacon, and bacon can bend, then fold ends, now roll up and put into jars. Place into clean dry jars. You can stirlize freshly washed jars in your oven on a clean baking sheet face up, 225° for 25 minutes. Crack oven door to let jars cool. Let jars cool before putting your bacon in.

That’s a great idea about folding the meat WITH the parchment to get it to fit the jar! I would have wasted so much time cutting it to fit! Thank you for the tip! 👍🏼❤️
