Doesn't cost 3 lakhs to go to Europe and come back, honestly -
Flights can be as low as 30-35k return if you know how to book unconventional routes (ex. Kochi-Kuwait-Athens or Delhi-Helsinki-Dubrovnik etc). Hotels can be as low as 3k per night, but doesn't apply to city centres in Western European countries. Food - you can cook breakfast at home, and only spend on 1-2 good meals, around 2k a day max unless you're doing fine dining. Intercity buses, flights or trains are super cheap if you know where to look.

Cost of any trip is very subjective. You need to factor in things like timing of ticket booking, season, shopping expense, luxury or budget accommodations, type of stays, activities covered, self planned or through travel agent, Number of days/nights, type of internal transportation & fuel, etc.
Based on an individual’s personal preference one can curate a plan with the amount of funds he/she has at disposal.
The prices mentioned here do not give a clear indication and is slightly misleading.
