A wet and wild St Patrick's day ☘️ spent on the technical trails at Slieve Croob. A great day enjoyed by all from offroad driving to camping to good food and good craic!
This is a site we have access to in Dromore, Northern Ireland the mountain is called Slieve Croob🏔.
We grade our trails from a 1 to 3 or Green🟢, Amber🟠 and Red🔴. This trail would be a red and it's very difficult. To add to that it was a week after heavy snow so the ground was saturated and heavy fog came in on the mountain.
The video represents just how demanding the Irish terrain can be in October. Its not always sunshine and smiles 😆.
The end of the video shows us camping🏕 and cooking👨🍳 in these conditions so please watch to the end. That's the best bit! Cooking over the open fire...🔥 washed down with some Bushmills 🥃
This trail is also famous as the Red Bull Downhill Mountain Bike championships🚵♂️ where held here last year.
