As someone who makes adjustable models as a hobby, I can say beyond the shadow of a doubt that trying to make an avatar able to do that is a nightmare. It makes weighting and rigging a pain unless you compromise on basically everything specifically for it. Booba and thigh/butt is easy, but there's so many points of articulation through the torso that making ANY kind of large adjustments there will always be a pain.

I've done it before, naturally, so it's far from impossible, but it's a whole lot harder than it honestly feels like it should be.

As an avid Vrchat player, this is actually pretty standard. Also, if she wants full body inflation, i have (unfortunately) seen it... Several times. Ask some fury avi creators and you'll have that in no time
