No shame. I broke down listening to this - it emulates every single thing i have gone through alone . The pain, thd darkness, self loathing, self sabotaging, hopelessness and despair. Ive battled my mind for years and still wage war with it to this day but i always knew deep down that i was never ever gonna give up on myself no matter what and that it was a test, a test of my resolve and endurance to withstand the storms which come in ebbs and flows as life ticks by. I had to begin to practice more self love, care and discipline to gain the self respect and self mastery over my mind. I managed to get a handle on my depression and self hate which was the answer to the problems i had faced. If you are in a dark place and see no way out there is always a way out of the darkness please believe me when i say it does get better over time, treat it like a test and it will pass and the load will be lighter. Take care of yourselves and each other. You are worth every ounce of effort in this world please do not think for a second you do not deserve happiness because you do. I hope this give someone, anyone a little bit of light in their darkness.

Hi, just wanted to write a message to all of you. 3 hours ago, i could of died. Luckily, somehow, no one knows how, i managed to get ouf of the accident without any injuries. I crashed my car into a pit really hard. Please, think about what you're doing in that present moment and be grateful for the life you have. In that second before i crashed, my whole life just passed through my thoughts and everything i sad to myself was " pls don't die, pls" i didn't give a shit about money, about girls, about my looks, about my job, any of that shit. So be grateful for the life you have because some people would do anything to be in your position. You got this, people.
