Love this angle! Really gives you a better idea of just how big these pros hit the ball.

This tournament is stacked with big players. It should become a 1000 event I feel like if it’s possible

This is truly amazing. Very interesting to see how thay hit the ball very high on to the net, while in tv the shots seems to be very low

Amazing to see how much power Daniil can produce with these smOl arms, really fascinating and terrifying when you're on the court

Good to see that Daniil is not standing 10 m behind the baseline. Maybe he's learned something... Rooting for him!

Seriously, why can't they just show tennis from this angle all the time? I can't be the only one who wants this. Tennis TV, if you're listening/reading this, just make court-level views a secondary tier that you could charge additional $ for on top of the regular Tennis TV subscription. I don't subscribe to Tennis TV, but I would if tennis was court-level all the time.

Playing Medvedev is like playing an angry Brick Wall. He is one of my favorite players but in retrospect, it's amazing how few weapons he has. Zero flash..., but all business.

Medvedev's hitting technique looks like an amateur who has just started tennis, but it is extremely effective and consistent :D

It would be nice to see a side-view...that would really show the speed of the balls, but even more the different depths of the balls and how fast the footwork must be of these pro-players!

Really amazing to see the defending champion of Rotterdam in 2022 Felix Auger Aliassime. It is totally an efficient practice session along with Daniil Medvedev. In fact, the top-spin forehand of Felix revived in the footworks

Nice to see Felix working on S&V, slice and dropshots. Variety was missing in the AO.

Glad to see the correct camera angle, which other tournaments do so hopelessly wrong. Hope you (or the NOS) will shoot the matches from that same angle.

TV channels need to start broadcasting from such angles.

Felix shot selection has me baffled at times. Doesn’t press the advantage well enough after hitting a great shot and often lets Med back in the point. I like the backhand variety though.

Felix can be a Top 3 player if he varies his shots just a bit more. Pepper a couple of Gael Monfils' & Dustin Brown's shots into the mix and then he's #1. FAA for the win.

I prefer court side view. This angle you get the net clearance, but court side gives true sense of the pace of the ball.

Regarding Felix, I’m just a bit disappointed with his early season results so far. I’m not someone who overhyped him because of his big win streak during the indoor hard court season. I know that’s the least important time of the year and due to this and the fast surface, often has pretty random results. But still, I was hoping maybe he’d found some consistency during that winning streak, or turned a corner of some sort. AO is the fastest hard court and on paper should’ve been very comfortable conditions for Felix. His draw also opened up a lot with the seeds struggling. Yet… all we saw was Felix struggle hard to get to the 4th round, then lose to Lehecka.
He has a lot of time, of course, but Felix needs to play better if he wants to meet the expectations people have for him.

I really like Felix, but he relies too much on hitting powerful serves and forehands. He doesn't give himself much margin for error and needs to work on the other aspects of his game. Against good defensive players like Medvedev, he struggles.

Isn’t Felix slicing more backhands than he used to? I’ve watched some of his matches and don’t remember seeing him doing the slice as often as here in this session.
