How to easily tell the difference in Amperage in CGs: 0:04 is a weak 40Ka Negative leader about 1/4 away. 0:21 is a strong 55Ka Negative leader, same distance.

Note that the first one isn’t a “crash” and instead a near quiet fizzling “crack”.
