I think Alaric wins. The PIS of the venom won’t work on him and Marcel struggled a bit against Klaus and got ragdolled by witches. Alaric destroyed everyone in his way.

Although Marcel is stronger and has more abilities, Alaric has more Durability considering that there is literally nothing that can kill him, no stake, no bite, no magic. Only failsafe was Elena's death that Esther put on.
Marvellous on the other hand isn't so lucky as he is still vulnerable to magic.

Klaus with his hybrid power activated already gave Marcel a fight, we can see this when Klaus has the dagger capable of killing Marcel, on the other hand, Alaric was literally a Solas 2.0 in terms of strength and resistance, being able to drop anyone everyone in his footsteps and if that's not enough he can't die unless you kill Elena, something that would be devastating for Alaric would be Marcel's bite but that wouldn't happen before Alaric breaks his neck and finds a way to kill him. Another piece of information to add is that when Alaric hit Klaus, he did not have his hybrid power activated, so if we think about all these details we could come to the conclusion that Klaus, improved Alaric and improved Marcel are comparable in terms of power, agility .

People forget how strong Alaric truly was as a new vampire, he over powered klaus just as easy as Marcel did. He had klaus pinned on the ground ready to stab him with the White Oak Stake until Elena intervened and was threatening to kill herself. People need to stop underestimating what Alaric was as a vampire
