The first one I tied using this method looked better than the dozen I tied before it using the traditional method. Excellent!

I was present at the setting of the Guiness world record in tying flies 2017 - fly tyer from Norway Jon Strand has been tying Griffiths gnats 24 hours in a row, during Nordic Fly Fair event. He did manage to tie 1036 flies all together. Was quite an interesting experience. By the way, he was also spinning the herl and the hackle together. Actually, I’ve forgotten about this but it came across my mind when watching your video Vladimir, it’s a really good idea which I’m gonna use from now on

GN is my third go to dry after Klinkhamer and Parachute Adams. Never tried the CDC but you can be sure I will. Thanks for the idea.

Nice one Vladimir! Gnats are great producers, I just have trouble seeing them on the water so I use them on a dropper behind a more visible fly. Like the way you tie them! Cheers and stay safe!
