The Gouging Fire 038/191, Rabsca 014/191 & Tapu Koko 065/191 are Non Holo Rares, they come exclusive in the Build & Battle Kits, part of the Master Sets, for anyone wondering. There's also a Professor's Research (Sada) Non Holo Rare, but that's been in other products before.
