Live in Finland is a live album and DVD recorded by the Finnish power metal band Sonata Arctica. Live in Finland was recorded at Club Teatria in Oulu, Finland on April 15, 2011 during the "The Days Of Grays" World Tour, and was released on November 11, 2011. Along with the CD, there is a DVD in stereo and Surround 5.1 sound, which also includes Finnish commentary track by the band, making-of videos, two documentaries, photos, and music videos. The DVD's cover was created by Xabier Loebl.

This was my first ever Sonata concert. Yesterday was the 15th. Back in the days I had no idea who these people were. I had heard the name but didn't know what they even played. My friend in high school asked me to go with her to see "this really cool band with an amazing singer" and little 16 year old me bought a ticket out of curiosity. We were standing in the icy slush for nearly 2 hours freezing our toes off and I remember telling her this better be good. We were at the second row and that is the furthest back I have ever been in a Sonata concert ever since.

I'm still frustrated with the mix of the this dvd. Why does it sound like a raw multitrack of the performance? There is no sense of space and sometimes it feels like Tony is singing karaoke. The guitar sound also weak as fuck.

Performancewise this is such a stellar concert, but it's brought down by the way it sounds.
