Seneca College Newnham Residence Tour!

Hi everyone! This is a tour of the Seneca College Newnham Residence inside and out! There's 15 floors, the even floors have laundry machines. The residence has a Subway and M&M food Market. For mail, you have to use your key to open your mailbox located in the lobby and to get parcels you will have to pick up from the front desk. There is 24/7 security and if you lock yourself out of your room or forget your room key in the room, you'll have to pay a fee of $5.00. The laundry card costs $5.00 and is given from the laundry card machine found in the lobby near the vending machines, the washer and dryer machines are $2.00. And to pick up food delivery, there's a table in the lobby. There's also a printer and scanner found in the lobby, you just have to put money onto your onecard account. To borrow games lounge items just ask the front desk. The study lounges are also open 24/7. There's a cardio room located on the 15th floor. The residence room includes a shared kitchen and restroom and separate bedroom with a bed, drawers, desk, chair, monitor and cubby space. The residence also has free wifi to connect to. There's also plenty of parking available. about 16yrs ago lived in that rensidence for 1 month $800 each bedroom that means $1600 for one set nothing changed in the room but lots of changes in games room and others Back to China now

Is it compulsory to get in the residence for the whole semester? Can I move in the middle of my semester for 2 months?

Hi, I’m a freshman starting September semester! So I have a few questions!Are u satisfied staying in Seneca dorms??
And I heard that there is a place where you can cook in dorms, can you use it? Can't you use it now because of Covid19?
Also, , Is there a shuttle bus run by a school that can go to other campus?
