To add to things that will deteriorate you, I personally think tanning salons are really dangerous and a waste of money. They’re not as popular as they once were but I feel like it should be on that list. Love your videos and I’m glad your mom is doing better ❤

I quit smoking and drinking 34 years ago, and I don't miss it. I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and now I have to make drastic changes in my food choices.

I agree about Stanley and other cups. I found a great travel cup (Polar Camel). It costs less than some of the other travel cups.

I often wish I would have known about minimalism years ago. I wouldn't have purchased over half of what I did back then. You are doing the right things Kyra. In the future you will know. Richard Simmons recently passed away. He helped so many people. I use to watch him because he was funny. But he also had a serious side to him.

Many of those kitchen/seen on tv types of gadgets are actually for people with disabilities. It makes slicing one handed very easy, like if you have one hand, or have tremors etc. It's a lot cheaper to market to a large population.

My family (great grandparents, grandparents, mother, siblings) all smoke. My great grandmother actually started at just 8 years old. She lived to 84 but had hid her cancer from a lot of family. My grandmother died with skin cancer but I am sure the cigarettes didn’t help. Cigarettes were a big thing in my grandparents’ early life. I hate cigarettes! My mom is attempting to quit now. The “relief she feels from a cigarette is just from chemicals and poison s. I am 36 and am happy I never started!
Glad your mother is no longer smoking. The loss I still feel from my great grandmother dying is horrid.
