Crooked Kids Charity Scam

Times are so tough in this economy that even kids are pulling money scams on innocent victims. At first, they ask people passing by, including a police officer, for donations. The children are so cute and sweet that the prank victims happily give them some money. But then, these crooked kids try to sell them stolen goods for the so-called children's foundation charity. A little redhead boy opens up his trench coat to reveal gold watches and necklaces, while an adorable little girl shows off a laptop computer!

In one instance I know of, a victim even became a JFL prankster herself.
