YOU didn't mention that we need a special connecting USB cable on the side of the printer along with the Microsoft downloaded Scanner app. Otherwise, your tutorials are most helpful! thank you

For those who use the printer sporadically like me, what other Epson color multifunction printers would you recommend, taking into account the possible problem of cartridges drying out? I am opting for the WorkForce Pro which have HEAD FREE- PRECISION CORE cold jet technology or for the Epson Expression Home which I am not sure if they have the same ink jet technology. What would you recommend?

have been trying to print one page of a word document, and have 10 blank pages, have updated, why have used epsom before and you just press print and it prints or scan, need this for tomorrow will spend the night hand printing not happy

It can't scan multi-page documents!! If I had known this I wouldn't have bought it.

Why is that every time I scan 10 things in a row I start getting scanning errors? I am getting the "A problem prevented the document from being scanned. Please try again or for troubleshoot see help/support page" but I cant find my problem on there. Do you or anyone know why this is happening?

Epson is junk. They just issued an update to firmware blocking the use of all 3rd party ink cartridges forcing their customers to buy their over priced in that does not last a fraction of the life. This infringes on our right to use the product we purchased as dsired by the individual, all in an effort to line their pockets with more money. Their tech support has no power to help with this issue as Epson has removed the links to their old firmware versons, thus blocking the user from rolling back the firmware update. This has been a hard lesson learned. I will no longer buy Epson. There are better options like Canon and Brother who are more respectful to their customer base. Hopefully they fix this but I have no faith in that ever occuring as this has become a trash company.
