I factory reseted the headset 4 times and it boots up and after that it just goes back to the black screen

I have a question I factory resetted my oculus because it was on the black screen when I factory resetted it it was on the set up screen and my controllers were not working for some reason

inside your headset, there is a proximity sensor in between lens (the one above the numbers display of IPD) make sure that sensor is not blocked or dirty. mine returned to normal when I remove the third party rubber face cover.
