I'll say "maybe", or "probably". I've seen mixed reports, but it's hard to imagine that there isn't potential. I do collect the pure liquid waste that is generated when moisture is released from the waste as the larvae break it down. I haven't done any experiments with the effluent but I am using it to fertilize the plants in my breeding enclosure. So far the plants are doing well, but all I can say for sure is that it hasn't hurt them noticeably. There are probably tests that I'm not aware of.
