Jimmy Johnson went 1-15. He OWNED it. He didn’t blame position coaches. The lions are having a horrible year. Dan Campbell is owning it.
Urban has blamed everyone but the person in charge. Himself

Tim Tebow the Tight-end feels like it was a lifetime ago

This Urban Meyer drama quite frankly is more entertaining than the NFL lol

just when you imagine it can't get any worse and more stupid, it does lmao

I love how: whenever Rich starts ranting, his microphone starts falling apart.

How does every confrontation not end with a player saying "you got caught at a stripclub"

I don’t think it’s that he needs to chill because it doesn’t sound like he’s taking other parts of the job seriously enough and he definitely isn’t taking accountability for anything. If he hates losing so much, he needs to put in the effort to fix it and stop blaming everyone else. He also needs to treat other coaches and players with respect if for no other reason than the fact that they’re adults.

I agree with everything Rich said except for "winning will fix everything". I live in Jacksonville FL and I can tell you that at this point it has become too toxic. Urban Meyer has lost the respect of the players, coaches and fans. They want him gone, (yesterday). I honestly believe that the offense blew Sundays game intentionally hoping he would be fired the next day.

Going to be really hard to fire the people that are talking when it's every single member of the team

Quickest way to unmotivate people is make them feel unappreciated.

This is borderline hilarious/tragic. Hilarious because Meyer seems to believe, NOT think, but believe, that he’s a genius. He’s not. He wasn’t at Florida, he had Tebow and a weak schedule. He wasn’t at (gag) “the” Ohio State (like there’s another one, so they have to specify). He inherited a a loaded roster that, to his credit, he built upon, but it wasn’t like Ohio State was Rutgers or Northwestern, where he had to build from scratch. The biggest victims of all of this will end up being Trevor Lawrence and NFL fans. Lawrence because he won’t realize his full potential and performance level (he’s ALREADY regressing). Us fans because we’ll never be able to see what he can do or even IF he can do it.

Even faster way to make the drama go away, getting fired.

Urban wont suddenly start winning. His players hate him and just want to get to the offseason without an injury so they can either gtfo or see what his replacement brings to the table

"Urban Meyer is a genius to bring in Tebow to take the heat off Lawrence, "- delusional Jags fans everywhere, summer 2021

Urban just got zipped, so that's the other way to make the drama

Get urban out please. He doesn’t deserve an NFL job. I was rooting for him but this has been a disaster and he’s going to kill Trevor Lawrence’s career if they keep him

If your a free agent at the end of this year, and you have other options, are you going to Jacksonville ???

I think Urban fits perfectly with an idea: The moment you believed you are invincible, you had alreadly lost ... In an competitive environment like NFL where talents are everywhere; most people are hard-working ... the ability to adapt, to evlove is way more important. Even Bill Belichick had an awful start, came very close to undefeated season only to lose in the final and after 20 experience of being head coach in NFL still had an forgettable last season ...

F that he's got to go, and take Balke with him. He doesn't have a clue, we expect them to lose. But it's all the other things what position coaches will want to work from him after all this. What free agents will want to come.

It’s called win games shut up and stay away from college bars after a loss
