I am turning 6 today… 🥳
Well okay „fitgreenmind“ is turning 6 so let‘s celebrate with Veganuary recipe 6/25 a QUICK CHOCOLATE CAKE 🎂!

Exactly 6 years ago I started with a shitty food photo and now we’re here, I am so thankful for every single one of you and remember: There‘s no way to being happy, being happy is the way! 💕
RECIPE (8 pieces 35min prep time):
- 1 1/2 cup (200g) flour
- 1/4 cup (35g) cocoa powder
- 7/8 cup (180g) sugar
- 2 Tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Sir to combine.
-1 cup (240ml) sparkling water
-1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp (100ml) canola oil
FOLD IN/POUR in a baking dish (33cmdiameter)/ BAKE 180C/360F for
30-25mins
Frosting:
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup (80g) almond or tahini
- 1/3 cup (85g) agave or maple syrup
Stir and spread on the cooled cake. 🎂

Okay nicht ganz… „fitgreemind“ wird heute 6 und deswegen gibt‘s einen SCHNELLEN SCHOKOKUCHEN 🎂!

Vor genau 6 Jahren hat alles mit einem (zugegebenermaßen) schlechte Bild angefangen und jetzt sind wir hier! Ich bin so dankbar für jeden von euch und denkt dran: ess gibt keine Weg zum Glück, glücklich sein ist der Weg! 💕
REZEPT (8 Stück 35min Zubereitungszeit):
- 200g Mehl
- 35g Kakaopulver
- 180g Zucker
- 2 TL Backpulver
- eine Prise Salz
Vermischen
-240ml Sprudel
-100ml Rapsöl
In eine Backform (Durchmesser 33cm) geben bei180 °C/360 °F backen für
20-25min backen
Glasur:
- 2 EL Kakaopulver
- 80g Mandelmus oder Tahini
- 85g Agaven- oder Ahornsirup
Verrühren und auf dem abgekühlten Kuchen verteilen.
